Career Journey:
Kamal has been part of International Industries Limited since 1984 and became Chairman in 2022. He also served as CEO of Pakistan Cables Limited for 27 years, playing a vital role in shaping its success. In the early 1990s, he was instrumental in negotiating BICC’s exit from Pakistan Cables and later brought in General Cable, a Fortune 500 company, as an equity partner in 2010.
Over the years, Kamal has held leadership roles in various organizations, such as Atlas Insurance, Askari Bank, ICI Pakistan, and the Aga Khan Foundation. His contributions extend to advisory and strategic boards, including the Pakistan Business Council, the International Chamber of Commerce, and the Aga Khan University.
