Arshad joined Pakistan Cables Limited (PCL) in 2021 as Director Operations. Before this, he worked with several renowned multinational companies, including Siemens, Ciba Geigy, and DuPont, where he held various leadership positions both in Pakistan and internationally. His most recent role before joining PCL was as Country Head for Corteva Agriscience (a DuPont division) in Pakistan.
